• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.

• Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Custom or personalized apparel

• Items marked as final sale

• Gift cards

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Email us at Lushesgraphics@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Include photos if the item is damaged or defective.

2. Approval: Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions and a return shipping address.

3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and ship it back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges unless you receive the incorrect size or style.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by issuing a replacement or a refund.
